Chuck, Linda & Courtney Krumel recently purchased this wonderful 19th Century Victorian Inn from its former owner Nancy Chodzin. The Inn once known as “Nancy’s William Street Guesthouse” has been renamed to “Seaport Inn”. With the Historic Seaport District just a block away and History telling us that this Victorian jewel was once called home to some of Key West’s finest Old Sea Captains - the name “Seaport Inn” was so fitting. You will find our doors open to all and especially all of Nancy’s return guests. Our plans are to maintain the same ambience Nancy once offered along with all the amenities - plus more. You will find that we are not newcomers to the guesthouse business or Key West. We moved to the Island well over 30 years ago. Back in the mid 80’s we created “Courtney’s Place” Historic Cottages & Inns, which consist of a little something for all – cottages, private rooms & efficiencies. | The “Seaport Inn” is unique in itself. Having only 6 units is what makes this Inn so great - it's cozy, comfortable and a welcome addition to Courtney's Place. 4 of the units are 1 - bedroom suites with living rooms & kitchens and 2 are private rooms - all with private baths and entrances. Each unit is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Local art work adorn each unit, along with books and games for all. Atmosphere is definitely laid back around here. You will find the garden & pool a tropical oasis. The Seaport Inn is also the perfect size if you wanted an Inn all to yourself - maybe a family reunion, wedding or friends –it is perfect – “Rent an Inn”. Location is everything and you will find that the “Seaport Inn” has one of the best locations on the Island in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to all main attractions. World Famous Duval Street is just 3 blocks away, sunset 4 blocks and the Historic Seaport in eyesight and beaches not far. You will fine yourself only steps away from all of Key West’s Best including Museums, Restaurants, Shopping & Charter Boats found on the Island. To name a few - Bo’s Fish Wagon, The Schooner Wharf Bar, Pepe’s, Half Shell Raw Bar, Turtles Crawls, Waterfront Market and Flagler Station. | 4 – 1-bedroom suites with a living room & fully equipped kitchen- with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware and pots & pans. Each living rooms has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests – the bedrooms have either a king or queen size bed, the baths have a shower or combination tub & shower – you will find some to be the Victorian footed tub & shower. We also offer 1 private room with a king size bed, bath with a walk-in shower, coffee pot and small refrig. And lastly we have a wonderful private efficiency with a king size bed, full bath, kitchenette & a great private porch. All units have private entrances, phones, air conditioners, cable TVs, clock radios, irons & ironing boards. All Guests have full use of our wonderful garden and pool area. We do have bicycle rental on premise – breakfast is served at our main Inn “Courtney’s Place” you are welcome to join us. |

| All rates based on 2 adults - $20 per night for each additional guest 12 and over. Spring/Summer/Fall - 5/1 – 12/20 range $109 to $149. Winter – 5/20 – 4/30 range $149 - $199. Additional rate charge for Special Events and Holidays Special Events or Holidays do require 4 nights or more. Events & Holidays included are Christmas & New Years, Fantasy Fest, Off Shore Power Boat Races, Parrot Head, Thanksgiving & Hemmingway Days, Easter, and Memorial Day. “Mid Week Fall Specials” – Stay any 2 nights in a row on either a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday night and the 3rd night is FREE. Runs mid August thru 3rd week of December – reservation must be made at least one week prior to arrival – all Holidays, Special Events, or any other Discount offers are excluded. All rates are subject to change – there is 11.5% tax added per night. All accommodations do require a 1 night deposit – Cancellation Policy: 21 day cancellation notice from the date of your arrival date is required for a refund – 60 days cancellation notice for all Special Events or Holiday’s. All accommodations are non-smoking – smoking is permitted on porches, garden & pool area |
